The sculpture was created in the Åkervinda Ceramics workshop. It is made of white clay, burned with a matte glaze to create a natural, skin-like feeling.

The sculpture is showing two individuals facing opposite sides, and showing two opposite levels of motivation. One is taking a leap forward, obviously running, with a decisive look on her face. The other one is crouching with the arms crossed and the legs stretched in front of her, the look on the face is unhappy. They are each other's opposites, drawing each other to their conditions. The balance between this is the level of the motivation, for instance to workout, but also for many other things.
