The municipality of Marks Kommun in Sweden held a project for all employees to boost innovation and entrepreneurship. The partakers were given resources so they sometimes could work with their projects during their regular work days. The finalists were rewarded with means to continue the projects, and the support to execute the needful.

The design of the dimploma is a hand-drawn dragon brooding on a number of eggs, as the final competition was called "The Dragon's Nest". The text's font is matching the illustration, and the minucipality's logotype is inserted in black and white to match the overall design. The paper chosen for the diplomas has a style of veined yellowed vintage paper, to further add to the vibe. 

The project was held in 2019. There were 12 diplomas created in total.
